Perspective Sessions are one-on-one conversations for people who are functioning, capable, and feeling quietly stuck, tired, or unsettled in ways that are hard to explain.

These sessions aren’t about quick answers or dramatic breakthroughs. They’re about slowing down, naming what’s real, and gaining clarity through honest conversation.

If you’ve ever felt like you just need a steady, thoughtful space to talk — this may be for you.
This is a good fit if you:
– feel overwhelmed, but not in crisis
– are used to holding things together for others
– want perspective more than advice
– feel tired of fixing yourself
– want a grounded, thoughtful conversation
Each session is client-led.

You bring what’s on your mind. We talk it through at your pace.

Sometimes that looks like sorting through competing thoughts, naming what you haven’t had language for yet, reframing something that feels stuck, or simply having space to speak without being rushed.

There’s no agenda you need to prepare. There’s nothing you’re expected to accomplish.
Important boundaries:
Perspective Sessions are not therapy, not crisis support, and not coaching programs or action plans.

They are thoughtful, supportive conversations meant to help you see more clearly — not to diagnose or direct your life.
​
If you’re in acute distress or need clinical support, this isn’t the right container.

– Length: 60 minutes
– Format: Online
– Cost: $120 per session
– Frequency: One-time or occasional, as you choose
Availability:
Tuesday–Thursday evenings (7–9pm ET)
Saturday mornings
Sunday afternoons
You’ll request a time within these windows, and I’ll confirm availability.
You don’t have to know exactly what you want to talk about.
